What data we collect
When you complete an enquiry or reservation form on this website, we collect:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and (optionally) phone number
- Your town/postcode and business category
- Any message you choose to send, and the campaign you enquired about
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and provide pricing — lawful basis: your consent (the box you tick on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To arrange and deliver a leaflet campaign if you go ahead — lawful basis: performance of a contract.
Who it's shared with
We keep your details to ourselves and never sell them. They are processed by the services that run this site:
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions (data may be processed in the USA under appropriate safeguards).
- Zoho Mail — the email service we use to reply to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting campaign, and then for a reasonable period for business records — typically no more than [24 months] after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
