The Shared Leaflet

Terms

Last updated: 30 May 2026

This is a plain-English summary of how the service works. Full terms are confirmed in writing when you book a campaign. [Confirm registered name and governing law before relying on this.]

The service

The Shared Leaflet produces one curated, shared leaflet per town, featuring multiple non-competing local businesses, and arranges its delivery to homes in the chosen postcodes via Royal Mail's door-to-door service.

One business per category

Each industry category is offered to a single business per edition, on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserving a category holds it for you for that edition only; it does not guarantee future editions.

Pricing and payment

Prices start from [£150] and depend on the town, the edition, and availability at the time of booking. The exact price and payment terms are confirmed in writing before any campaign goes ahead. Quoted prices are for the edition described and are not ongoing unless stated.

Artwork and approval

We'll prepare banner designs based on your branding, or you may supply your own artwork to the stated specification and deadline. Your campaign is printed only after you approve the final artwork. You're responsible for ensuring your artwork is accurate and that you hold the rights to any logos or images supplied.

Delivery

Distribution is carried out by Royal Mail. We provide Royal Mail's proof of delivery and a coverage map for the relevant postcodes. Exact delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail's own schedules. If a confirmed drop cannot be delivered at all, you won't be charged for it.

Liability

We take care to deliver a quality service, but we can't guarantee any particular level of enquiries, sales, or business results from a leaflet campaign. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales].
